In spite of the many benefits of digital cameras (and I became as much of a convert as anybody) I still love to shoot with 35mm film. There is a depth and honesty to film, a kind of gritty naturalness alongside a classic, timeless sincerity. Film is retro with a very cool feel that can make for beautiful photographs.
